The calculation for the listing fee involves two components:


1. A 10% commission on the selling price.
2. A fixed $50,000 commission for each trade.
 

Here's how you can calculate the total listing fee:
 

Total Listing Fee = (10% of Selling Price) + $50,000

For example, if a seller lists a package with a selling price of $60,000

​

Total Listing Fee = (10% of $60,000) + $50,000

 Total Listing Fee = $6,000 + $50,000

​

Total Listing Fee = $56,000
