1. What will happen to the package I purchased at Lotte?
You may continue to utilise your package at all Pink Parlour locations, including Plaza Indonesia, PIK, and Serpong.
2. Am I able to transfer my package to friends or family members?
Yes, package transfers are allowed. Please inform us of the details of the person you wish to transfer the package to.
3. Where will my favourite Lotte therapist be located?
Our former Lotte therapists will be based at Plaza Indonesia and PIK.
You may check therapist availability through our online booking platform.
4. Can I request a refund for my remaining package balance?
Packages are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Packages are also non-refundable in the event that a therapist is no longer with the company,
or if a location closes due to the end of a lease period or relocation.
5. Will the service standards remain the same as at Lotte Avenue?
Yes. All our therapists are trained to follow Pink Parlour’s treatment SOPs,
ensuring a seamless and consistent experience during your future visits.
6. What can I expect from the newly revamped Plaza Indonesia salon?
You can look forward to a more modern and comfortable interior,
conveniently located in central Jakarta with easy access via the MRT.
